Your privacy is very important to us.  We do not share any personal, demographic, or financial data with any third party.  We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or another direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

SECURITY

Payment information is not retained by Cass Deller Design and we take precautions to protect your information during this process. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way through a Payment Processing System (Stripe or Paypal, depending on our preference at checkout). 

PRIVACY POLICY

In order to better provide you with content and services through The Licensed Artist, Cass Deller may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

First and Last Name, E-mail Address, Mailing Address, Phone Number

When you purchase Cass Deller's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction but is held in an encrypted and secure payment processing service (Stripe.com or Paypal).  Cass Deller Design has no access to this information.

Cass Deller Design does not retain login information and will not be able to assist you in re-entering your account should you have troubles doing so.  We also are not privy to your sensitive login information for security reasons. 

 Sharing Information with Third Parties

Cass Deller does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
